Through many initiatives including our partnership with Karim Darwish Academy, CIB has developed an extended plan with the objective of creating a new generation of young champions.

We have been supporting the Egyptian squash platform out of deep belief and confidence in the Egyptian champions and we aspire to be recognised as an Olympic sport one day. The early round matches will take place at the New Giza Sporting Club, while matches at the Glass Court will commence on October 12th.ĬIB Chairman and Managing Director, Hisham Ezz Al-Arab, said: “CIB is an integral part of society, CIB strengthens its efforts to develop the Egyptian society as a whole. Prize money will total $540,000, which will be split equally between men and women. It will be the first Platinum event to take place following the six-month suspension of the PSA World Tour due to the global COVID-19 pandemic and will bring together 96 of the world's best male and female players. The event will be organised by I-Events and will take place from October 10-17, 2020.
The Commercial Bank of Egypt ( CIB) has announced the return of the men's and women's CIB Egyptian Squash Open Platinum event which will take place by the iconic Great Pyramid of Giza for the second year in succession.
